Project Description：The project provided and realized local application of supporting fans for a customized powder spraying and curing production line of a Russian customer. Focusing on the core process requirements of industrial powder coating, we provided exclusive supporting solutions for ventilation, hot air circulation and exhaust gas conveying for the customer's newly upgraded powder curing line. The core supporting equipment included conventional centrifugal fans and high-temperature-resistant fans, and fully adapted to local Russian industrial conditions, temperature / humidity, and continuous production standards. They were successfully commissioned and operated stably, comprehensively ensuring efficient, compliant and safe running of the powder curing line and helping the customer improve finished powder coating quality and automated production efficiency.

Quantifiable Project Results：Since the project was put into service, the temperature uniformity inside the curing oven significantly improved, with the temperature difference controlled within ±3 ℃, a reduction of over 60% compared to the original equipment; the yield rate increased by 6.1%, greatly reducing rework and scrap costs; the hot air circulation efficiency rose by 18%, and the single-oven baking energy consumption decreased by 10.8%, reducing the start/stop frequency and heat loss of high-temperature heating equipment.
