Project Description：The project involved the modification and new construction of the supporting ventilation and temperature control system for a local automobile spraying production line in Egypt. Focusing on the core operating requirements of automotive coating processes, the project was equipped with our complete set of high -temperature plug fans and centrifugal fans. The equipment precisely accommodates the full process of automotive coating, paint surface drying, exhaust gas treatment, and clean workshop ventilation. It effectively resolves industry problems, such as high temperature operations in automotive coating workshops, VOC exhaust gas accumulation, uneven paint curing, and poor air quality in workshop, providing the stable, efficient and safe industrial ventilation support for local automotive coating production in Egypt.

Quantifiable Project Results：Since the project was put into service, the internal temperature difference of drying furnace was controlled within ±2℃, substantially optimizing the temperature field uniformity. The defect rate of automotive paint surface decreased from 8.2% before renovation to 2.1%, and the overall product pass rate increased by 6.1%; The compliance rates for vehicle paint surface uniformity, adhesion and flatness increased to more than 99%, effectively reducing the rework and repair processes and significantly lowering defective product losses.
