Project Description：The project provided supporting ventilation and temperature control systems for industrial coating production lines in the United States. Targeting overseas coating production demands of high standards, high stability and low energy consumption, we customized key equipment including centrifugal fans and high-temperature fans for the entire coating production line. These fans fully adapted to full-process working conditions such as coating and spraying, exhaust gas treatment, high-temperature drying, and hot air circulation. They were successfully installed, commissioned, and put into stable operation, providing core power assurance for efficient, compliant, and safe operation of the US customer's coating production line.

Quantifiable Project Results：Since the project was put into service, the ventilation and hot air circulation system across the entire production line achieved 24-hour continuous stable operation, the comprehensive equipment failure rate dropped over 92%, the first-pass yield rate for coated products rose from 93.5% to 98.7%, and the rework rate fell by 78%, drastically reducing raw material waste and rework man-hour hours.
